About Us

Get to know all....

Our Story

Our service is government funded to provide support and assist the development of volunteers in Aged and Disability Service organisations in the Logan, Beaudesert and West Moreton region.

We provide a high quality standard of service to volunteers and organisations, helping to enhance people’s knowledge and experiences in a working environment, through building confidence and self-esteem, and reducing social isolation. In assisting volunteer programs we: share information and resources, attract suitable volunteers, provide quality training, highlight volunteer retention and, help recognise volunteers in the community.

These providers support elderly people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and the community, by providing domestic services, respite services, meals on wheels, community support services, transport services, etc.

Our People

Our people are undoubtedly “PASSIONATE”.

We have hundreds of staff and volunteers collectively living and breathing our values, vision and mission, so what you get is “TRULY SPECIAL’. Our people are diverse in their skills, experience and perspectives; and are united in our desire to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients and their families.

Innovative, responsive and flexible in our approach, we understand that every client is unique as we work with them and their families in a collaborative and flexible way to go above and beyond.

As a member of the staff, volunteers are to be given the same consideration and respect that paid staff and management are given; while volunteers are to work in a dignified manner within the guidelines of the organisation and funding body.
